Product Owner (Authentication)

RecargaPay is the Super App that simplifies daily payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil.

The platform streamlines payments for over 6 million Brazilians, consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance, with the mission of democratizing mobile payments and financial services in Brazil.

RecargaPay is transforming the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their daily payments and access their financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to control and monitor user experience when operating their accounts, ensuring the security and ease of validation processes, from the onboarding validation process to the revalidation process (device change, account takeover prevention, password recovery, etc.);
• Work alongside Engineering and UX teams to find the best solutions for authentication problems, always ensuring security;
• Develop a deep understanding of the RecargaPay ecosystem and be able to identify and communicate the impact of features and product releases across the product;
• Specify and refine requirements—from conception to launch—working in close collaboration with the engineering team (and other functions depending on the context, such as design, data science, finance);
• Conduct stand-up meetings, user story refinements, sprint planning, and meetings as needed to execute product features.

Requirements

• Solid experience in data analysis and SQL;
• Solid experience in managing multidisciplinary teams to bring solutions and new products to the business;
• Experience in designing and evaluating the impact of A/B tests in an accelerated product development cycle;
• Experience with user account management and its domains (essential);
• Mastery of security tools such as Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, Device Fingerprint, Biometric Authentication (Selfie + Documents), Behavior Analytics.
