Position Overview
We are seeking an engaging Capital Markets Instructor to lead live classroom training sessions that prepare participants for successful careers in the capital markets. This role offers the opportunity to develop your public speaking and presentation skills, establish yourself as a thought leader in financial services, and expand your professional network.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate live, in-person capital markets training sessions at top undergraduate business schools, MBA programs, and financial institutions.
- Complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program, a professional development initiative for new instructors, within the first four weeks of onboarding.

Requirements
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a sales and trading role at a top-tier bank or hedge fund.
- Preferred product expertise in equity derivatives, fixed income (rates, credit), or FX.
- Passion for Teaching:
- Strong enthusiasm for educating and mentoring students.
- Prior teaching experience is highly desirable but not required.
- Commitment to Training:
- Available to conduct a minimum of 15 days of classroom training per year, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
- Summer (Monday-Friday availability required).
- Fall/Spring (weekday and weekend availability preferred).
- Open to teaching week-long or multi-week programs.
- Flexibility and Mobility:
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
