TradePronto is an innovative force in $12T global Food industry where $1.5T is wasted instead of feeding 800 million starving people. Our mission is to revolutionize the trade with the only solution for food retailers that will improve their sourcing, execution, margins and decision-making through AI and blockchain technologies.
We want to make the impossible possible and build a cross-Atlantic data juggernaut with strong commercial foundation. We have done it before and built a food B2b marketplace unicorn in US among many other projects for Fortune 100 enterprises and cutting edge startups. And now we are looking at European and MENA markets that are ripe for disruption.

Role:
We are searching for founding engineers to join us on this mission. As the Founding Fullstack Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the technical foundation of Pronto. A visionary who can take ownership of project and lead the engineering department. Your responsibilities will span across the entire spectrum of technical operations, including but not limited to, system architecture design, stack selection, software development, infrastructure, enhancements.
This is a SaaS marketplace that will utilize AI and blockchain technologies, and aggregate various services into an ecosystem, to give you an idea of the technological scope.
We have the nucleus of an amazing team and need developers who can write clean code. Previous startup experience would be good to have.

We are bootstrapping, so cash pay capability is limited and we compensate that with generous equity for the MVP phase. We are confident that we will get funded based on the conversations with investors we already had. We are simply not in rush, and want to roll out the MVP to get much better terms, that’s why we are bootstrapping. If interested, let’s chat.
