Senior Software Engineer / Founding Team Member

Symplete is an emerging technology company that aims to improve the working lives of our users through the innovative software that we build. We are looking for an accomplished Senior Software Engineer to be part of our founding team.

We have many projects ready for development and we're looking for an experienced and skilled technical team member to turn ideas into reality.

You will be responsible for optimizing existing technology and building new products. You will not only contribute your technical expertise but also help to guide the strategic direction of the company.

This role will start as a contract project position, leading to a full time position. Company stock options and performance bonuses could be part of your compensation package.

Key Qualities:

• 8+ years of full stack software development experience
• A track record of guiding teams towards better processes and success
• World-class software engineering skills with a focus on robust and efficient solutions
• Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, solve problems and deliver results
• Demonstrated responsibility and accountability in previous roles
• Comfortable with setting and achieving ambitious performance goals

• You will be tested on a contract basis at first before moving to full-time remote as a integral part of the founding team
• Involvement in both new and existing projects focusing heavily on AI development
• Success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive the business forward
