The Role
At Reorg, we are seeking a senior frontend engineer experienced with VueJS, who will be responsible for designing scalable architectures, collaborating with UI/UX designers, developing high-quality web applications, and optimizing performance. As well as ensuring cross-browser compatibility, implementing accessibility standards, conducting code reviews, performing testing, monitoring metrics, providing technical leadership, and fostering mentorship for continuous growth.
Responsibilities
- Frontend Architecture: Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architecture, ensuring modular and reusable code components using VueJS.
- UI/UX Design Collaboration: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience centered around our AI initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand AI requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and AI capabilities. Effectively communicate knowledge and processes of existing AI systems to stakeholders, fostering transparency, and enabling informed decision-making for successful AI implementation and adoption.
- CMS Integration: Understand CMS concepts such as content management workflows, metadata, and templating systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into our custom-built CMS platform, enabling intelligent content recommendations, automated tagging, and personalized user experiences, while ensuring seamless integration with existing CMS functionalities.
- Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth and development of the front-end engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5 years of experience is preferred
