Job profile:
Financial Recording and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and journal entries. Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis as required, adhering to accounting principles and company policies.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and refunds for vendors and customers. Ensure timely and accurate billing, collection, and payment processing. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records, investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to ensure alignment and accuracy of financial information. Provide support and collaborate on ad-hoc financial projects or initiatives as assigned.
