Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Manager to streamline our office operations and enhance our workplace efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for driving projects forward, coordinating teams, organizing priorities, handling client inquiries, and managing the office. A successful applicant should have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong leadership skills, and be adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure they are on schedule.
- Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
- Support department managers and staff to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate team meetings, and organize work schedules and calendars.
- Perform human resources functions, including onboarding new staff, managing employee benefits, and maintaining personnel records.
- Implement measures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office management role.
- Proven experience in project coordination and team management.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and office management procedures.
Location: Opposite Railway Station, Kandivali West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full Time (Monday - Saturday, 9am-6pm)
Salary: 20k - 25k per month
