The Role

At Reorg, we are seeking candidates to handle product managers, analyze the market and competitive conditions, and provide strategic guidance for product management. The individual for this role will provide tactical and strategic guidance required by the business. This individual will also offer tactical and strategic support vital for meeting the organization's needs.

Essential Job Functions

  • Identifying areas where Gen AI could be applied to solve problems: Working with business and product teams to determine high-impact opportunities to implement AI technology. Analyzing business processes and data to uncover predictive modeling, automation, optimization, and personalization use cases.
  • Developing AI product concepts: Collaborating with stakeholders to envision and design innovative AI-powered products, services, and features that meet customer needs and business goals. Defining the data, models, and architecture required.
  • Testing and evaluating AI products: Conducting experiments to measure the performance, usability, and impact of AI products over time. Analyzing results and user feedback to make improvements to data, models, and product designs in an iterative fashion.
  • Deploying AI in production environments: Implementing AI models and applications in live production systems where they can operate at scale with minimal manual intervention.
  • Managing AI projects: Planning, prioritizing, budgeting, and leading AI research and product development projects. Recruiting and leading cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers. Providing progress updates and roadmaps to executives and stakeholders.
  • Staying up to date with changes: Continuously learning about advancements in AI, ML/NLP/LLM tools and technologies as well as new product designs, methodologies, and industry use cases. Adapting knowledge and skills to keep AI projects innovative.
  • Promoting AI product adoption: Creating materials to educate internal and external users on how AI products and features can be accessed and applied to derive value. Championing AI products across the organization to drive engagement, feedback and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensuring responsible AI development: Building fairness, transparency, privacy, and security into AI product design. Developing processes to identify and mitigate risks from AI like bias, job disruption, and data misuse. Complying with laws and ethics around AI and data use.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and additional certificates such as PMP
  • Master’s strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in product management, research, or a related role, preferably within the data science or AI industry.

  • 5 years
