StrategyCo.Global is a management consulting and technology company. We are based in Helsinki, Finland.

StrategyCo.Global’s technology arm is developing an AI product called Eve (practicewitheve.ai) - An AI-powered EdTech platform to help management consulting aspirants practice business case studies.

Our mission with the product is to provide candidates preparing for consulting interviews a complete-control of their learning process. EVE : Our AI tool allows candidates to practice cases without relying on another person to narrate and guide their case solving process.

Location - Bangalore
Starting - Immediately

We are looking for a seasoned full-stack engineer to build and manage our product development. Successful candidates will have a minimum of Two-Five years’ experience with the skills listed below.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture of an AI powered platform
• Designing the architecture of our databases to ensure speed and reliability
• Design and implement our REST APIs
• Design responsive front end User Interfaces using React and integrate with the APIs
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure correctness of your code
• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Identify architectural weaknesses, design issues, performance and scalability issues, and recommend solutions
• Participate actively in code reviews

Skills

• At least three years’ experience with:
• Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
• Writing server side services using NodeJS and ExpressJS
• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices

At least two years experience with:

• Building clean and re-usable components using ReactJS
• In-depth knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Working with Linux based systems
• Experience with deploying web applications in production environments using AWS EC2 or any other cloud service
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors and bundlers like SCSS and Webpack
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git
• Appreciation for clean and well documented code

Bonus points

• Knowledge of central state management library like Redux
• Experience building software products at an early-stage fast-growing startup
• Experience with agile methodologies in project management like Scrum
• Background in launching product in the Recruitment or EdTech organization
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment like startups
