Ø Capable to handle minimum 20 to 25 FSE’s (on-roll).Ø Base Location Geographical knowledge required.Ø Team handling & motivationØ Handling merchants complaints day to days basisØ Allocation of the complaints to the FSE’s based on pin codes.Ø He should aware of the TaT closer (with in the time line) minimum 48 hoursØ Device return pic-up from merchant by service team (FSE’s).Ø Team follow-ups on merchants complaints vs closer part.Ø Finally Team (FSE) productivity responsibility.
