The Digital Designer role at Into the Ideal will be responsible for creating visually stunning web and graphic designs, with an emphasis on prototyping, landing page design, customer discovery design and marketing design for email newsletters, print collateral, and social media. They will work closely with the product team and the marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate brand messaging and support customer discovery and marketing initiatives. The role involves ensuring all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.
Role Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for customer discovery projects and marketing collateral that appeal to our target audiences
Design and implement customer discovery experiments like prototype design and landing page design
Manage and implement product and customer discovery work on current platforms like Wordpress and Kajabi
Work closely with the product and marketing team to develop design concepts that effectively communicate brand messaging and support marketing initiatives across all Into The Ideal divisions
Ensure all design work is consistent with brand guidelines and maintains a high level of quality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to ensure our brand remains visually impactful and relevant for our target markets
Manage and organize design files and assets to ensure they are easily accessible to the marketing team
Work with external vendors, such as printers or photographers, to ensure high-quality deliverables for our employees, customers, clients, partners, and sponsors.
Skill Alignment

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and print design
Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity and an ability to effectively communicate brand messaging
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or related software preferred
Proficiency in Wordpress and Elementor
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present design concepts and ideas
