Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Senior ML Engineer to provide ML leadership in all aspects of our product. You will work primarily with co-founders and Engineering team of 2-3 front-end engineers to build the product, help recruit talent and onboard customers (B2B SaaS companies) into our product.

The MVP launch of the product 4-5 weeks away and we are talking to pilot customers to get them onboarded. We have good market validation and traction. We are currently raising a small pre-seed round and having discussions with multiple investors to raise our seed round.

We use tech such as React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, AWS, Open AI, Python, Postgres, etc. Not a big deal if you aren't experienced in all of these, but at least be familiar with back-end and front-end frameworks.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and optimize large language models for propensity, messaging and fine-tuning to mimic human-like behavior
• Customize AI personality traits and conversational modes to emulate real human personalities that connect with users
• Continuously research and implement the latest technologies and methods in machine learning, staying at the forefront of AI advancements
• Work in a fast-paced, "move fast and break things" startup culture that embraces risk-taking and innovation
• Collaborate with our team to build out a flexible backend and model pipeline using Python, PyTorch, and Pandas for classification and training workflows, which will plug into AWS Lambda endpoint to stream responses to web application customers.

Our product empowers teams across Customer Success and Sales to accelerate revenue growth. We have a small but mighly team of 8 and are now looking to bring on a Sr Machine Learning Engineer who shares our vision and passion for the problem we’re solving, taking on ownership of our AI technology and serving as our technical leader.

Team: We have a strong team 8 (Ex-founders, Ex-Microsoft, Ex-Atlassian, AI/ML advisors, etc) with a vision to completely transform how B2B SaaS companies leverage productivity tools to accelerate revenue.

Traction: Within just 3 months of the product idea, we have made tremendous progress and are close to getting the MVP out and onboarding 2-3 pilot customers. We are looking for someone who is committed to going through this journey with us. This will be your business just as much as it is ours.
