Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this
role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences that meet the
needs of our customers and our business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams,
including product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop innovative solutions
that improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct user research and analyse user feedback to inform design decisions
2. Create user personas and use cases to guide design work
3. Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and users
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and user-friendly designs that meet business and technical requirements
5. Lead design reviews and provide feedback to other designers to ensure consistency and high quality of design work
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve the design process
7. Participate in user testing and iterate designs based on feedback Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field At least 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on designing digital products
2. Experience conducting user research and analysing data to inform design decisions
3. Strong skills in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using FIGMA
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to present design work and rationale to stakeholders
7. Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development frameworks is a plus
