Golang Developer

Responsibilities:
Create scalable and automated solutions for problems.
Write well-tested, auto-testable, auto-deployable code.
Own multiple projects, lead and manage teams with help from the Team.
Leads and senior developers, and own communication with the customers.
Take the projects ahead on the technical goals.
Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by participating in the Hiring activities.
Ensure effective translation of customer requirements, and business needs to technical solutions.

Requirements:
6 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
Good Analytical and algorithmic capability.
Excellent hands-on experience in Golang.
Willingness to learn and work in Golang (Familiarity with Golang a plus).
Knowledge of RDBMS as well as NoSQL datastores.
A clear understanding of Git.
Penchant for good programming practices, TDD, etc.
Worked on some good projects of your own.
Experience with UI frameworks like React.
2 Years of experience in mentoring/ team management.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Worked on or used Cloud technologies, like AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
Valid US Business visa.
