Social Media Management Intern

Metapher Media Labs is seeking a Social Media Management Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the management and growth of our social media platforms. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the social media team to develop and execute social media strategies for our social media handles.
• Assist in managing and maintaining our social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate engaging and visually appealing content to attract and retain followers.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, topics, and conversations relevant to clients' industries.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Research and identify industry influencers, potential partnerships, and opportunities for collaborations.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to track performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
• Assist in managing social media calendars, scheduling posts, and ensuring content is delivered on time.
• Collaborate with other team members to support integrated marketing campaigns across different channels.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their features.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in content creation and ability to adapt writing styles to match different client tones.
• Basic understanding of analytics and social media management tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• familiarity with use of Adobe illustrator & adobe photoshop,
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
