Marketing Lead & Content Creator

We’re looking for a marketing lead and content creator to help us take our marketing efforts to the next level.

You will be working directly with the CEO to plan and execute marketing and branding strategies and ideas while creating compelling content for all our touchpoint channels.

This is a part-time (50-80 hours) position purely compensated through generous stock options. We are planning to raise funds, which will then be used to pay salaries, among other things. Once the first round of funding is closed, we will convert your position to full-time, and you will be compensated with a salary in addition to your stock options.

What you’ll be doing

• Create graphical, video and textual content focused on design education for our blog, newsletter and social media channels such as Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Come up with ideas on how to promote our product and brand.

• Contribute and lead the strategic development of our marketing efforts.

• Manage our social media channels and drive forward engagement with our content.

• Manage and engage with our Discord community

Requirements

• 50-80 hours per month (part-time) until we close funding and we can pay for a full-time position.
• Experience in managing brands on social media.
• Experience in brand identity design.
• Experience in graphic design.
• You are familiar with creating video content for Youtube or social media.
• You are familiar with writing blog articles.
• You are often bursting with creative ideas, but are also able to complete a fixed task and respect deadlines.
• You have a commercial mindset and an eye for marketing messages and communication.
• You have good control over graphic design tools.
• You can "juggle multiple balls in the air".
• You like working in teams but can also work independently.
• Excel in a remote-only work environment.
• Based in the EU or with a six-hour CET time zone overlap with a quiet home office with fast internet.
• Perfect spoken and written English.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Experience building and managing a large online global community and audience.
• Motion graphics skills.
• Knowledge of other languages.

• Experience Managing Discord Communities.
• Other marketing Skills (SEO, PPC, PR).
