What are we looking for?

We are looking for a high-performing & motivated Sales Executive to help us to help people travel around Uttarakhand & India. You will be primarily responsible for customer acquisition via direct contact, customized tour planning & revenue generation.

  • A graduate degree (Engineering/MBA is NOT necessary)
  • Freshers are also welcome; however read JD before applying
  • 1-2 years of B2B/B2C consumer sales/relationship management experience is preferred
  • Travel acumen will be a HUGE plus

Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Revenue Generation | Closing deals, creating customized tour itineraries & pitching travel products and services as per requirement.

  • Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.
  • Act as travel consultant to customers.
  • Selling most fascinating travel experiences to customers as per their need.
  • Communicating with suppliers & service providers for personalized itineraries & inventory requirements.
  • Maintaining long term relationships with the “loyal/elite” customers.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues by liaising with business development/supply team.
  • Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations and refunds.
  • Proper Reporting (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports & Analysis)

Qualifications

  • Someone who loves talking to people (Excellent communication skills & Convincing Power).
  • Ability to ask/answer open-ended questions and uncover information.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Well organized, meticulous attention to detail with ability to multi-task.
  • Good negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
