Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Prepare and submit high-quality bids and proposals in response to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Support the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Knowledge of upwork and other related platforms for bidding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (internships or part-time work experience considered).
- Special knowledge of bidding processes and proposal preparation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
