UX/Product Design (Intern/Beginner)

Company Background

Our Startup is a design agency working on multiple projects for the clients located globally.

Compensation would be INR 10K/month
and working hours would be 8 hours/day, 5 days a week (Flexible timings).

Project Background

We are looking for a solid Product Designer with experience in Web and Mobile design and a good experience in following the design process to provide efficient and intuitive deliverables to the clients.

Tasks & Deliverables

• Oversee development of client's product design from idea to launch with our cross-functional team.
• Facilitate user research and feedback sessions to ensure we deliver products guided by the voice of our user.
• Craft user journey flows to ensure we empathize with our users at all parts of their experience.
• Design the user's experience from idea, to wireframes, to high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.
• Maintain the design system (wherever provided) and brand management platform to ensure we maintain high quality and consistency across the projects.
• Deliver graphics whenever required (social media posts, pitch decks, branding).
• Help with UX documentation.

Required Experience

• You are a driven, motivated, team-player and self-starter.
• You have at least 6 months of design experience.
• You are confident in both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
• You have experience in quantitative and qualitative user research.
• You can build design artifacts like user journey flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes quickly.
• You hold your work to the highest standard, down to the smallest of details.
• You have successfully shipped products with a cross-functional team.
• You are ready to jump in to help wherever you can, whether it's testing, documenting, or designing social media assets.
• You are a collaborator who thrives on feedback and a fast-moving environment.
