We are currently seeking a Part-Time Outbound Sales Development Specialist to join our team and assist in expanding our client base.
Job Overview: The Part-Time Outbound Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads and new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, emailing, and sales strategy. This is a contracted part-time role that will require approximately 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calling and emailing to prospective clients to generate leads and appointments.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads through effective questioning and research.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, such as email templates, scripts, and other collateral.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with clients and prospects to establish and maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close sales through cold calling and emailing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
