You will be part of a tight-knit, highly focused team impacting the next generation of music professionals. We’re looking for a passionate marketer and communication specialist with experience working with early-stage mobile apps and a love for music and the entertainment industry. Someone passionate about building great products with the ability to influence culture.
Your focus
The primary responsibilities are to manage growth efforts, further craft our brand story, and lead communications with our partners, music industry experts, and customers. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate a wide variety of actionable skills within the fast-paced and rapidly evolving startup landscape.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze and leverage a data driven approach to decision making to help drive results
- Establish comprehensive content marketing strategies focused on increasing customer growth
- Build relationships with partners and the industry in order to help define our product’s position in the market
- Own messaging and how we communicate with our customer base including newsletters, blogs, and compelling product and thought leadership content
- Explore and secure brand partnership opportunities
- Manage a college marketing program including student representatives
About you
- 3+ years of growth marketing, communications, community-building, or social media marketing management
- Well-versed with consumer products and Gen Z
- Strong experience in growth strategies, data gathering and analysis
- An understanding of content marketing strategies
- Well-developed written, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong-problem solving skills, deeply organized with unfailing attention to detail.
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms (Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Proficient with photoshop and basic digital audio/video editing tools
- Some experience producing/marketing events
