Fulfillment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Verify documents as part of the daily operation process
• Help clients use the ProducePay platform throughout their harvest
• Assist with financial reports and client-related reports
• Track trades between sellers and buyers
• Work with the Customer Success Management team on processing information.
• Provide financial information to management
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
• Reconcile financial discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and finance
• Understanding of business, accounting and financial concepts
• Advanced skills in Excel (including macros) is required
• Exposure to Salesforce is helpful
• Must be fluent in English
• Extremely detail-oriented
