We are looking for insatiably curious, always learning Product Marketing Specialist. You could get a chance to work on the most important and challenging problems at scale.
The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, empathetic, passionate about helping others, can communicate effectively with diverse groups and has a desire to build a positive relationship with our users. Knowledge of Research writing is not a must, however, applicants interested in the domain are encouraged to apply! :)
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a product marketing plan in line with the company’s business & strategic objectives
- Developing long-term portfolio strategy and identifying opportunities for new product development
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective product marketing strategies and plans and working with various teams (design, acquisition, etc.) to drive brand awareness & sales growth for a specific product
- Working closely with other teams to develop promotional programs & tools to support the delivery of product plans & new product launches
- Translate technical details into benefits for the user
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing, and other activities.
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics, Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum site engagement and high- performing competitive keyword rankings.
- Increase organic and referral traffic volumes on the company site with the overall goal of increasing conversions
- Your goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company's profitability
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Our ideal candidates would:
- 6+ years of experience as Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar role.
- You possess strong expertise across various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, performance marketing, brand marketing, PR, content management etc...
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Heap Analytics).
- Prior experience in launching new products or new markets
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a SaaS-based and start-up environment is a definite plus.
