Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Community Growth Hacker to join our team and help us grow our community, increase engagement and drive adoption. As the Community Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, engage with the community and drive adoption of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute community growth strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming industry
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and growth potential
• Plan and execute community events and initiatives
• Manage social media accounts and create content to engage with the community
• Measure and analyze key metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align community growth initiatives with overall business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field (optional)
• Proven experience in community growth and engagement (mandatory)
• Knowledge of the gaming industry and Web3 technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools
