Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead our design team. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing a team of graphic designers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the company's standards. They will work closely with the CEO and other departments to ensure that designs are aligned with company goals and objectives, and will set up planning and scheduling to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design process, manage a team of junior graphic designers, and ensure that projects are completed on time and to company standards
• Set up planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and ensure an efficient workflow with minimal blockages or bottlenecks
• Communicate with manufacturing team to ensure that designs are executed to the required guidelines
• Mentor and train team members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Ensure that designs are consistent with the company's brand and are in line with project goals
• Work closely with the CEO to align departmental goals with company-wide objectives
• Identify and resolve design-related issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role in the design field
• Experience overseeing multiple teams and managing cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
