We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Listing Manager to lead and manage our Listing Analyst team, and create and manage product listings for our brand. This starts as a part-time position, with the opportunity for hour extensions, that requires an individual with a deep understanding of consumer behavior, psychology of communication, and an exceptional ability to visually communicate the value of our products in a clear and simple manner.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design
- Strong proofreading, copy-editing, and computer skills
- Proven experience in product research
- Advanced proficiency in Google sheets
- Excellent command of the English language, strong interpersonal skills, and a history of good written communication
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the Listing Analyst team to ensure harmonious and effective collaboration
- Continuously updating and improving older listings to maximize sales and ratings
- Oversee and manage all marketing materials, ensuring they are consistent with our brand values, simple, clear, elegant, and easy to understand.
- Communicate closely with our Design Team to ensure that listing materials meet our standards
- Creating progress reports about listings, incorporating feedback and implementing necessary changes
- Managing and developing processes to make things as efficient and simple as possible while remaining highly effective.
- Assisting Junior Analysts to ensure their success in their roles
- Creating new listings for relevant sales events in the product category
- Ensure that our featured items always showcase our top-selling products on all of our shops
- Conducting regular product research and pricing research for new products
- Analyzing our product designs and identifying errors, discrepancies, and design flaws
- Communicating with our Design Team to ensure compliance with guidelines and avoiding discrepancies in thumbnails, mockups, images, and other listing attributes
- Creating new product listings, including images, title, tags, listing attributes, prices, personalization details, materials, shipping profile, and adding to Etsy ads, etc.
- Act as a primary point of contact, relaying information and feedback to senior management, as well as ensuring that all listing-related documentation is in order and up-to-date.
Compensation:
- Your starting salary is CAD 7.00 / Hour
- Your salary is paid out in Canadian dollars twice a month - on the 5th and 20th of each month

Work Schedule:
- 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM MST (5:00 AM to 10:30 PM PHT)
- 25 Hours / Week (Tuesday - Saturday PHT)
