Product Listing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Listing Analyst to join our team and play a key role in creating and managing product listings for our brand. This is a part-time position that requires an individual with exceptional abilities in understanding the psychology of communication, visual communication, and an eye for simple yet detailed design.

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design
• Strong proofreading, copy-editing, and computer skills
• Proven experience in product research
• Advanced proficiency in Google sheets
• Excellent command of the English language and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously updating and improving older listings to maximize sales and ratings
• Creating new listings for relevant sales events in the product category
• Ensure that our featured items always showcase our top-selling products on all of our shops
• Conducting regular product research and pricing research for new products
• Analyzing our product designs and identifying errors, discrepancies, and design flaws
• Communicating with our Design Team to ensure compliance with guidelines and avoiding discrepancies in thumbnails, mockups, images, and other listing attributes
• Creating new product listings, including images, title, tags, listing attributes, prices, personalization details, materials, shipping profile, and adding to Etsy ads, etc.

Compensation:

• Your starting salary is CAD 6.25 / Hour
• Your salary is paid out in Canadian dollars twice a month - on the 5th and 20th of each month
• There are 15 different ways you can choose to get paid with us; PayPal, Wise, Cryptocurrency, and more.

Additional Information:
Work Schedule:

• 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM MST (6:00 AM to 10:30 PM PHT)
• 20 Hours / Week (Tuesday - Saturday)
