We are on the lookout for a visionary Head of Product to steer our product strategy and spearhead the development of groundbreaking features that enhance cross-functional team efficiency and digital interactivity.
Role:
As the Head of Product at Frame, you will craft and implement a visionary product roadmap that aligns with our ambitious goals to transform business operations through AI integration. Your leadership will ensure our products not only meet market demands but set new standards for user-centric design and functionality. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring our solutions exceed industry standards and deliver measurable value to our users.
Developing a clear product vision and strategy that integrates with Frame’s AI-driven capabilities to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.
Collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that are both innovative and aligned with business objectives.
Leveraging analytics to understand market trends and user feedback, using this data to iterate and evolve our product offerings.
Prioritizing features and enhancements on the product roadmap, balancing innovation with practical implementation.
Cultivating partnerships that expand our product’s reach and enhance its capabilities.
Mentoring and developing the product team to build a culture of excellence and innovation.
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years in product management, ideally within the tech or SaaS sectors, with a track record of developing and launching industry-leading products.
Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams across multiple disciplines, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on data-driven strategies.
Exceptional communication abilities, adept at articulating complex product features and value propositions.
A deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in business environments preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
