Qualifications

• Engineering graduates from any prominent institutes.
• 0-1 year of experience in software development.

Skills

• Strong grasp of web software architecture, OOPS, MVA, data modelling and relational databases.
• Proficiency in developing agile user stories, writing acceptance cases and TDD.
• Proficiency in Linux, Ruby on Rails, REST APIs, PostgreSQL and Git.
• Exposure to Nginx, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical, logical, organizing and decision-making skills.
• Communication, writing and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting software solutions for the company and its clients. You may also be responsible for client communication and coordinating project work with other members of the team and the company's clients. You will need to understand the requirements, write user stories, define specifications and write test cases to ensure code quality. You have to uphold and further improve established standards, processes, and best practices. You are expected to continuously learn and build a knowledge base of software development by reading books, understanding business, and empathizing with our customers.
