Lead Full Stack Developer

We are looking to expand our team with an experienced Senior Full-stack Developer, to accompany us in our journey to expand our SaaS product and build new products that make hiring easy. This role is ideal for you if you have a background in Full Stack development in MERN Stack and are looking for the next level of career growth in a fast-paced, learning-based, and merit-driven work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design client-side and server-side scalable web applications using MERN
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs with documentation
• Must be able to develop application modules independently
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implementation plan

Skills And Requirements

• Working experience in MERN web application and solution architecture development.
• Proficient in MongoDB, Express, Node.js, & React
• Fluent knowledge of the latest HTML5 / CSS3 standards and best practices
• Have a clear understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks - ReactJS, React Native including jQuery for building web applications
• Excellent grasp of data structures and designing and developing REST APIs
• Good skills of NoSQL (MongoDB or equivalent) and preferred if proficient in RDBMS (e.g. MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Good grasp of UI / UX concepts for implementing front-end.
• Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills
• Past experience with Sockets and Media Devices
• Should have experience in using version control and deployment practices (Git etc)
