Senior Speech Synthesis Engineer

Gridspace is a speech and language technology startup. We analyze billions of minutes of speech data per year for meaning and emotion. We also build conversational voice bots intended to engage in extended, task-oriented conversations. Our products have been deplolyed at scale in the contact center, banking, and healthcare industries.

We're looking for a senior engineer with experience with speech synthesis. If you're looking for a position working specifically in applied machine learning and NLP, we look for backgrounds in computer science, systems programming, scientific computing, software engineering, statistics, physics and machine learning.

You should be versed on modern neural TTS architectures, including E2E architectures, spectrogram generation, and neural vocoders using various generative methods including GAN's, flow-based models, and stable diffusion.
