Right off the bat - this is not a salaried position initially. It is equity-only. You have to be built for life in the trenches with us & actually love soccer, otherwise: it will not work.

About Us

Circle+ is an industry-leading data company that has built Co.Founder & is currently building Dribble. This advertised position is open for candidates interested in building Dribble, a platform that is intended to become the best user interface for the biggest sport in the world.

Compensation Package

We are seeking a founding designer with software engineering skills to deploy the design architecture of our projects at Dribble through a vested sweat-equity program that will gradually convert into a salary package upon fundraising or achieving set revenue targets, whichever comes first. Please note this means that you will not receive a salary until certain collective & individual milestones are met.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates are required to;

• Hyper-technical with marked expertise with Figma & data visualization tools
• Obsessed with user journeys
• Conversant with game design & full-stack software development
• Have a significant interest in soccer
• Have experience working with at least one startup
• Be willing to undertake a one-week long Interview Assessment Project
• Be willing to offer the services for up to 1-5% in equity only
• Be willing to work remotely
• Is not doing a side project & would not leave in hard times
• Good vibes overall
