Software Engineer - PHP (Remote)

Role

• Contribute to design and implement new features and functionalities.
• Translate technical requirement documents into high quality code.
• Experience in Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience in building robust back-end systems i.e. web services, APIs and RDBMS.
• Proficiency in database design, data structures and algorithms
• Exposure in managing relational databases
• Working knowledge of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in backend development in PHP, Python or Java
• 1-3 years of experience in building applications
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Motivation and drive to work in a startup environment
• Bachelors/ Masters degree in computer science from premier institutes
