Full Stack Ruby/Rails/Python Developer with Secure Coding Expertise

We are looking for a Full Stack Ruby on Rails (RoR) or Python web apps developer with the focus on Privacy by Design and Security by Design. Payments is in the mode of Profit Sharing and Equity with vesting cliff. We usually ask them to sign the M-NCND/NDA in simple terms. Partners Agreement is also in place.
We prefer freelancers who is able to deliver it on time, cost-effective and committed individuals. 
The key focus is on meeting the deadlines and willing to learn. 
Please note that it has to meet the international standards of the coding with Google’s Coding Standards and OWASP Top 10 and SANS Top 25 CWE. 
In other words, Secure Software Development LifeCycle.

Certifications Desired: OSWE
