The manager of social media content production plays an integral role in developing and executing the content creation plan for the anD, the brand LLC. Working in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, this professional will both help create a plan to spur engagement across all channels, while also taking the lead in the production of the assets - photographic, video and written - that will tell our story. This professional will have a strong understanding of performance metrics and how they can be utilized to improve campaign effectiveness and brand awareness. A strong collaborator, the manager will be able to develop and manage editorial calendars while also ensuring complete alignment with the rest of the organization. Must have previous managerial experience.
Core Responsbilities:
- Lead content creation for anD, the brand LLC. social media channels in all formats written, photographic and video.
- Work closely with Chief Executive Officer in developing integrated social media calendar and collaborate in identifying new content opportunities that increase engagement and help drive membership growth.
- Utilize social media metrics to monitor performance against benchmarks and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Support the teams efforts in identifying emerging trends and platforms that could utilized to improve performance.
- Lead community management efforts across the anD, the brand LLC. channels with a customer first mindset.
- Related duties as needed.
