The Role

OTE $60k-$75k (Salary $40k-50k DOE + Comp $20k-$25k)

You will be joining a fast-growing SaaS company with an all-star team, serving some of the most well-named brands in the world. You will be the first SDR in a team that consists of veteran entreprenuers, sales and marketing executives with deep expertise in SaaS go-to-market. You will be part of the team that builds out and scales our sales development team.

If you want to witness and drive exponential growth, this job is for you. The candidate for this position will excel at find and creating new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, drive sales outreach, generate interest and create opportunities with new and existing customers.

**The ideal candidate will graduate into closing new business.

Responsibilities
-Help map, build and scale a sales development process
-Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
-Accurately and efficiently perform sales qualifications
-Demonstrates effective teamwork through effective communication and colleague support
-Accurately identify business pain points and client needs and communicate that internally to sales

Performance expectation
-Meet and exceed quota targets
-Successfully create opportunities from new and existing customer accounts
-Win the confidence of prospects by delivering value in all your professional interaction

Qualifications
-Ability to work with limited structure
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Display a strong ability to communicate with prospects at every level, especially with senior executives at enterprise-level accounts.
-Must be a self-starter and problem-solver with exceptional time management skills
-Driven to thrive in a fast-paced environment where you pursue multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with minimal direct supervision
-SaaS sales experience especially in the early stage start-up(s) preferred but not required
-Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems preferred but not required
