Reorg is seeking a Senior Covenants Analyst who is an expert in leveraged finance and loans. This is an exciting position for anyone who is looking to transition to a new career at a rapidly growing provider of research and intelligence for the investment community. The candidate is remote anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities
- Analyze leveraged loan documents and debt structures with an eye on novel provisions to provide actionable insights.
- Apply your technical expertise to provide real-time legal analysis on topical situations
- Work closely with financial analysts to analyze primary and secondary market debt holistically
- Proactively generate new content for Reorg’s clients through articles, market updates, webinars and podcasts.
- Expand, maintain and harness the power of Reorg’s industry-leading databases to provide our subscribers an edge.
- Cultivate relationships with Reorg’s clients and industry contacts.
- Represent Reorg in industry events, conferences and to the press
Requirements
- JD with a strong academic record
- 4+ years of experience leveraged finance at a top tier law firm, ideally with a focus on leveraged loans.
- Applying a keen commercial awareness can analyze documents to provide actionable insights.
- Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating credit agreements, term sheets and ancillary documents.
- The ability to multitask and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment with people from varied professional backgrounds.
- Confident communicator, who writes in a clear and concise manner for the intended audience

As a result, compensation may vary within and across similar roles and positions. Please note that the salary range information below is a good faith estimate for this position and actual compensation for any individual may fall outside this range if warranted by the circumstances applicable to that individual. If we identify a role that would be suitable for a broader range of skills and experience such that we would consider hiring at multiple levels then the range listed below may reflect that breadth.
The salary range estimate for this position is $175,000-$235,000
The actual compensation will be at Reorg’s sole discretion and will be determined by the aforementioned and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
