Mystery Monks is an online aggregator for video production. We develop packages and solutions for clients. To deliver services under our packages, we use our talent pool of creative directors and creators such as writers, designers, voice actors, animators, etc. from all over the world.

We have our own platform (known as MM Studio) to manage our projects, timelines, onboarding, and assignment of talent & payments.

Who are we looking for a manager to lead the development of MM Studio.

Requirements

• Experience writing production-quality code.
• Experience making important architecture and design decisions on software projects, such as the application of architecture design patterns or significant open source technologies.
• Experience working as a technical leader.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them in writing with clear and logical thinking.
• Strong experience with bootstrap, SQL, & version control system like GIT.
• Experience working with Amazon Web Services - AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, & SES).
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, & Wordpress.
• Familiar with PHP, JSP, Struts, Servlets, Ajax, Angular, Node JS, & JSON.
• Experience in optimising applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Thorough understanding of development of responsive/mobile-first web pages.

Salary

• We are a bootstrapped startup yet to raise any funds. We are looking to hire someone on a part time basis who can later join us as a full time team member.
• This is definitely a paid job! Required time commitment and compensation to be discussed later.
