Senior DevOps Engineer

You will be joining an exciting and established team who are always looking to improve our technologies, processes and products. You’ll have the ability to leverage cutting edge tools to continuously improve our development process. You’ll mentor other members of the team and interact with technical stakeholders within TKC and its suppliers. This role will give you the flexibility to work from home but also to have access to our office in Farringdon.

Your mission
We're looking for a passionate and outcome focused individual to support our ambitious growth target by ensuring the company is leveraging its infrastructure to gain a competitive advantage in a sector rife for disruption.

You’ll be responsible for creating a roadmap of changes for the design and implementation of new infrastructure. A successful candidate will have the desire to suggest and implement technology that will benefit the business with more scalable, resilient, performant and secure applications.

What you get:

Excellent salary of up to £80,000 per annum
Fulltime, permanent, and flexible working basis (ability to work from home but must have the flexibility to travel into our Farringdon HQ when/if required)

You’ll be (but not limited to):

• Implementing the automation for the end to end deployment process, primarily for our bespoke products
• Discovering and trialling new tools to introduce to the company in order to grow the - - Agile development environment
• Utilizing Cloud technologies to improve our system’s availability and resilience
• Using leading edge monitoring tools to identify system improvements and cyber security risks and comping up with plans to improve system reliability

Candidate Description:
We will help you grow the skills you need for this role, but we expect candidates to apply who have:

Good knowledge of supporting products in a Cloud based environment
Experience of leveraging containerization tools to deploy products
Good scripting skills and the ability to use these to improve processes
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, working in a CI / CD agile environment
