About the Role
We’re looking for an outstanding, results-driven, and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team and play a significant role in TULU’s hypergrowth and global expansion. This is a rare opportunity to take part in the shaping of a new reality of consumption paradigms, by orchestrating the complete sales cycle of a revolutionary product with a huge impact on the way we live.
As a Senior AE you will be drafting and executing TULU’s sales strategy for the short-term and the long-term, and will be in charge of everything that is related to the sale, from lead cultivation to closing deals. You’ll be engaging with some of the world’s leading property developers, property managers, and key players in the real estate industry, as well as expand our reach within TULU’s existing clients base.
You will join an extremely passionate and talented team of engineers, designers, architects, marketers, data scientists and more, use cutting edge technologies and practices, work directly with the Global Head of Sales and with other executive roles in the company, and be part of creating the future way of consumption habits.
About You
You’re creative in mind and a true hustler in soul, with a strong sense of ownership and determination to make things done. A KPI-savvy, who can plan strategy and act tactically, and has a huge passion for selling real-life products.
You love to be measured by your results, know what success looks like, and you’ll be restless until you achieve it. You also have:
- At least 5 years experience in B2B SaaS Sales (Experience in Prop-Tech startup is a plus).
- Experience working with AEs and SDRs and communicating best practices
- Ability to multitask and manage deal flow
- History of meeting and exceeding $1mm quotas
- Experience working with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
- Knowledge of using LinkedIn to prospect leads
- Experience in the redline review process
- Excellent leadership and personal skills
- Experience working in a global company (bonus)
- Background in real estate and/or selling a product to landlords or property management companies (big bonus)
- Sense of urgency to achieve great things in life (essential)
