Customer Success Coordinator
(Contract, with Opportunity to Convert to FT)
The CS Coordinator is responsible for executing a variety of administrative and operational duties that support the Customer Success organization. This includes:
Hosting various weekly internal status meetings to solicit, document, and share out written summaries on status and next steps
- This includes owning and distributing updates shared across the company on the current state and planned actions for customer accounts
Coordinating the scheduling of important monthly and quarterly customer meetings with members of the Customer Success team and their accounts
- This includes Onboarding / Deployment Kickoffs, Business Reviews, Roadmap Reviews, Strategic Planning Sessions, and related meetings.
Execute time sensitive, internal projects as needed by the CS organization to help scale key activities as identified by CS team management
- This includes logging, reconciling, or flagging account, project, or related information in CRM or customer onboarding systems, assistance with new employee onboarding, and routing and managing requests between departments to ensure certain departmental goals or deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative or operational support role, preferably in a fast-growing tech company environment
- Familiarity with CRM / Salesforce and project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to multiple project timelines
- Professional, service driven individual
- Proficient and eager to learn and understand new tools and technologies
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must
- Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
- Must be organized with excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
