Program Manager Internship (Part Time, Remote)

School16, a tech skills development education company, is looking for a program management intern to join our team in our mission to prepare professionals for the new economy by teaching them how to rapidly develop soft and hard skills that can translate into jobs that are currently in high demand.

Our programs have been developed and tested at top Universities as well as venture accelerators and funds, including NYU’s Entrepreneurial Institute, Venture for America, Starta Ventures, State University of New York, and more.

Our network of instructors and speakers include tech leaders at public and private companies like IBM, Google, Facebook, and Slack and all programs are designed and run by practitioners to help students achieve tangible career results.

You’ll be working directly with the company founders and our Lead Instructor throughout this internship.

Responsibilities

• Help handle general program operations, including student onboarding, communication, engagement data tracking, etc.
• Create and manage all student facing platforms and documents before, during, and after the program completion
• Provide in-classroom support to our Lead Instructor during our core 8 week program (Mondays and Tuesdays, 6:00 PM EST - 8:00 PM EST)
• Analyze student data to provide feedback and suggestions on how to improve our programs and processes
• Take initiative on a variety of special projects that allow you to develop new operational skills
• For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for this internship to transition to a full-time role.

Additionally, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to explore their entrepreneurial ideas, and we will support you on any personal projects through mentorship and advisory as appropriate throughout this internship.
