You will work directly with Salesforce and Thunder's prospective clients to understand their needs, articulate our Salesforce offerings, and support closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and further qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads for Thunder Services, routing appropriately to the corresponding Client Director.
- Continue building upon the channel partnership relationship between Thunder and Salesforce, within various Verticals and Salesforce products.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage multiple sales opportunities in coordination with Thunder Client Directors through the entire sales cycle.
- Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow up, building long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
- Understand the client’s specific needs and tailor your pitch for our implementation services accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and implementation success.
- Work in parallel with Thunder's Marketing Team to align on campaign strategies, track campaign performance, and ensure timely and effective follow-up for leads generated through marketing initiatives and events.
- Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Daily/weekly success looks similar to the following metrics:
- Emails/Socials: 100/week
- Outbound Calls: 30+/day
- Call Connects/Meetings: 20/week
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in software, services and/or consulting sales, within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven track record of prospecting into Salesforce (specifically into “Core” teams, including Sales + Service and/or Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud)
- Proficiency with accurately entering data into Salesforce or other CRM tool
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
