Jr. Product Owner/Business Analyst - Hybrid

Position Overview:
As a Jr. Product Owner you will be supporting the design and build of SitusAMC’s portfolio of commercial real estate technologies that includes both internal software applications and industry leading origination and asset management enterprise SaaS applications used by large banks and lenders. You will support the design and delivery of new, innovative features needed to support our current customers and our expansion into new markets.

What you will get to do:

• Working in a high performing agile environment to develop internal and SAAS solutions for our CRE product portfolio
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, clients, and the technology team to development of new features by writing requirements and designs in the form of agile user stories and acceptance criteria
• Serve as the voice of the Customer by driving discovery to understand how our customers do their jobs, their use cases, and how our technology can improve and impact the way our clients conduct business
• Support the dev team during sprints by clarifying user stories, addressing their questions, and assisting with testing as needed

Who you are:

• Excited to work with customers and users to understand their jobs and where technology can improve their work in meaningful ways

• Experienced in working on agile-based, cross-functional software development teams
• Experienced in designing and building enterprise, SaaS software applications is preferred
• Highly analytical with a passion for studying and solving problems with technology
• Thrives in collaborative and dynamic work environments; can comfortably manage ambiguity and changing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years in a role responsible for designing, building, or implementing software applications
• Experience in data analysis; financial modeling; business intelligence, or data visualization and reporting a plus++
• Knowledge or experience working in commercial real estate or commercial lending is a plus++
