UI/UX Designer (Contract)

We are actively seeking an energetic and innovative UI/UX Designer to work on a large-scale digital transformation project. This role would be on contract basis for 4-6 months.

Job Description
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners and business analyst to translate user stories/business requirements into user flows & wireframes
• Conduct research, prototyping, interaction design and implementation for a large-scale digital transformation project.
• Design product flows and journeys that optimize user experience based on the acquired insights as well as business and technical requirements.
• Create user interface and user experience sketches, storyboards, prototype, concept models and detail schematics and wireframe for desktop and mobile applications.
• Work independent with the Project team and stakeholders to ensure project are executed on-time.
• identify design & technical problems and devise elegant human-centred solutions
• Ensure design consistency within and between the existing digital Track and Trace Platform
Requirements
• At least 5 years of user design experience and managing products in the digital industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proven user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• In-depth knowledge across UX design skills and experience in using the digital optimisation tools for experiments and hypothesis testing
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro or other popular UI/UX design tools
• Knowledge in designing platform including modular architecture design, data analytics and visual design
• Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on the latest digital trends preferred
• Experience working with web or mobile based technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android Studio would be preferred but not necessary
