Program Manager

Title : Program Manager
Location : Washington, DC
Position : Full Time

Responsibilities
• Responsible for all contract activities for a Cyber Security related program
• Set policies and procedures, technical standards and methods, and priorities
• Coordinates the management of all work performed on tasks under the contract
• Coordinates the efforts of subcontractors, team members, and vendors
• Acts as the central point of contact with the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer’s Representative, and other client officials
• Exercises full authority to act for the company in the performance of the required work and services under GSOC task orders
• Works independently, or under the general direction of senior level company management, on all phases of performance including contract management, project/task order management, coordination of resource needs, coordination with corporate resources and management

Qualifications
• Must be able to obtain a DoED Level 6 High Risk/Public Trust Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity
• CISSP and PMP preferred
• 10+ years of experience analyzing highly complex cybersecurity and network issues, recommending plans of action for SOC operations and management of issue resolution, and performing management and oversight of teams of similar size and in similar environment.
• Knowledge and experience with SOC operations
• Good familiarity with and understanding of all relevant government and agency policies and procedures to ensure system documentation is compliance with relevant guidelines, e.g., FedRAMP, RMF, FISMA, FIPS-II, NIST, etc
