The Role

At Stag International, we are seeking a qualified client account manager to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Objectives of this Role

  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics within schedule
  • Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing sales outlets
  • Guide the customer from the beginning to the end of the sales process and maintain after sales relationship with the client

Documentation

  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations.
  • Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.

Relationship Management

  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive long-term relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.

Sales activities

  • Negotiating prices, delivery, and other details with customers.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Order Processing

  • Monitoring the progress of current orders.
  • Taking orders and recording order information. Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • 3-5 years in sales within a Sales setting
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
