You aim to ensure customers walking into our Bangalore bike shop are assisted, inspired, and motivated to stay cycling.

Remember, your goal is to sell the passion for cycling, keep our riders riding, and not just stop at the sale of a bicycle.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about cycling products available and understand what's needed by bikers in the bike shop
• Capable of running events to increase exposure and create more cyclists - shop rides, wheels of change, demo days, etc
• Contribute towards bike shop operations - visual merchandising, marketing, inventory planning, stock counting, vendor management, financial planning, etc
• Inventory management - ordering, stock counting, and warranty management
• Active involvement with local communities in the city

Core Skills

• Loves cycling or outdoors
• Good people skills - likes to connect and build relationships
• Enjoys deep diving into products to understand how they can impact cycling
• Comfortable with numbers, computers, and handling basic finance
