IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER
Amoga is looking to expand the team with like-minded professionals who can team up to build an innovative software product company. You will be responsible for the successful deployment of the software product and platform to the customers. You will be working with Product Managers, Developers, Sales and solution teams, Customer management and project teams; to understand the requirement, map the business requirements to technical project deliverables and then implement the same. The implementation consists of business analysis, stakeholder management, project tracking, development, configuration, testing and user training.
Responsibilities
• Requirement Analysis: Interacting with customers, sales, and various stakeholders; to understand the business requirements and document the same.
• Customer management: Engaging with customers and managing good working relationships to deploy and enable the software product at the customer end.
• Configuration management: Configuring and Implementing the software product and platform to meet the business requirements.
• Development: Developing various technical modules, scripts, and workflows to implement the business requirements.
• Testing: Unit Testing, Integration testing and User acceptance testing.
• Troubleshooting and Bug fixes: Troubleshoot issues and apply fixes to function the software and platform as per the desired behaviour.
• Project management: Regular sync with various stakeholders, effective communication, and stakeholder management to implement the project with high customer satisfaction.
** Requirements **
• Engineering graduate with minimum of 2 years of work experience in software development, testing, implementation, and customer handling.
• Working knowledge of databases like MySQL and PL/pgSQL.
• Knowledge in Shell/Perl scripting.
• Curiosity to learn, ambition to progress, creativity to innovate, and the willingness to go that extra mile to achieve unprecedented success
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to learn complex software tools and platforms, business requirements, and problem-solving
