UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented UI/UX designer to join our team. Some things we’re looking for:

Responsibilities:
• Work across multiple platforms, responsive applications, and a variety of screen sizes, from rough sketches to highly polished, production-ready mockups
• Creating highly usable solutions focused on user experience and brand guidelines
• Leading a project or group of projects with limited input
• Balancing creative requirements with business requirements
• Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables
• Providing actionable and immediate results for clients to help move their business forward.
• Work independently on your own ideas and concepts
• Keep a close eye on existing design and technology developments and incorporate them into your and team’s process
• Report to Head of Design

Requirements:
• 1-4 years experience designing of interfaces for applications with emphasis on business solutions
• Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
• Excellent visual design skill and a proven track record of designing usable interaction and interfaces for Web applications
• Thorough understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry standards wireframing and mockup tools
• Reasonable understanding of underlying technical issues and ability to code UI prototypes in HTML
